Why wouldn’t I hire a full-time designer?
Great question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time designer for your business – especially one with experience – can exceed $60,000 a year (plus benefits). In addition, you may not always have enough work to keep a full-time designer busy at all times, so you’d be stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.
Can’t I just use an AI image generator for my project?
AI image generators can be useful but often produce significant errors or require a lot of touch up to be perfected. You are certainly welcome to try out some AI generators and then ask us for major or minor touch ups when needed.
How do I make a design request?
The best way to make a design request at this time is to send us a message via the online contact form. You will receive an email response to your message and will have the opportunity to describe your design concept in detail and attach any relevant links or material you wish to reference.
What software are my designs made with?
For the best results and maximum customization options, most designs are created using industry standard softwares Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
How are my projects delivered?
Completed project files are delivered by email attachment or Google Drive. If necessary, other agreed upon methods of delivery may be used.
What file types are provided?
The file type(s) we deliver depends on the nature of the project. We can determine the file type based on your design needs, usually depending on whether it’s digital or print based. If you require a source file (.psd/.ai), pricing may vary but we can certainly provide that.
How soon will I receive my designs?
Simple projects are usually delivered within two business days! Complex projects, such as illustrations, can take at least five business days to complete. Project revisions may extend the estimated delivery time.
Is there work that KAZ GRAPHIC DESIGN does not cover?
Certainly, at this time we do not produce 3D modelling, animated graphics, legal/medical forms, Non-fungible Tokens (NFT’s), and book/magazine transcripts. You are welcome to reach out with your design ideas to confirm whether or not they can be done before making a request.
What payment methods are accepted?
An invoice can be securely paid online with a credit card. Certain other payment methods may be available upon request.
If I don’t like the design, can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the products and services we offer, refunds are not issued on design services or digital assets. However, we do offer an above-standard number of revisions per project to ensure you are completely satisfied with your designs.
